Private Home-Newtown Square, PA: On January 17th, 2009, FSPI Investigators Denise, Frank, Rami, Kyle, Darlene & Chris investigated a private house in Newtown Square. The owner complained of feeling uneasy in certain parts of her house & the lights flickering in the kitchen. There were also reports that a mirror on the 2nd floor was a possible portal & that water came out of it.  We spent 3 1/2 hours investigating the entire house. We did not get any positive photos but we did manage to get 5 positive EVPs along with numerous personal experiences.  This EVP was recorded by investigator Kyle.

Cliveden (1767), A National Trust Historic Site, Philadelphia PA: On January 30th, 2009 FSPI investigators Frank, Denise, Sue, Rami, Geri, Tom, Claire, Chris & Darlene, along with Cliveden employees, Rick, Sandy & Rob, had the honor to investigate this historic mansion where part of the Battle of Germantown was fought. Over the years, there have been many reports of phantom smells, apparitions and feelings of being watched in the house. Along with many personal experiences, out team was able to capture numerous EVPs. Here are a few recorded by investigators Sue and Claire.
Private Home-Delco, PA:
Video of a candle moving on it’s own. Keep your eye on the space between the candle and the mirror. This was observed by investigators and is known to move sideways as well as forward.

Ship Inn, Exton PA: Feb. 28th 2009. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to investigate the Ship Inn.  Members of the group had many personal experiences and impressions including the feeling of someone in the room and cold spots.  In addition to these, we were able to capture a number of Electronic Voice Phenomena or EVPs.  In the first one, there were four women investigating yet the clear sound of a man’s voice is heard on the recording.  In numbers 2 & 3, a voice is head on the recording but we are not able to definitely make out the word said. you decide.
Private Home, Norristown, PA: Although investigators reported many personal experiences while on this investigation, we were unable to obtain any hard or conclusive evidence. We look forward to the opportunity to investigate this home in the future and continue to help the homeowners.
Burlington County Prison Museum, Mount Holly, NJ:  As a group we do feel like there is some paranormal activity going on in the Prison, although it wasn’t extremely active the night we were there. We had to rule out all photographs due to dust or rain and most EVPs were tainted due to the echo inside the prison. We were able to include a few EVPs in our official report to Burlington County Prison. Could this be the voice of a woman prisoner stating she only committed a small, tiny crime?

The evidence presented here is by no means meant to be the final say on paranormal activity in these locations. We present evidence we may find to the public and then ask you to make up your own minds.
Bucksville House Bed and Breakfast, Kintnersville, PA: The last time we investigated the Bucksville House, Aug. of ’08, we obtained quite a number of EVPs, had numerous personal experiences and extremely interesting levels of EMFs. However, our most recent investigation did not produce any evidence, minimal personal experiences and no unusual readings of any kind. It was a completely different feel than last year’s investigation. We hope to have the opportunity to investigate again later this year.
VFW Post 598, Darby PA:  We were able to conclude that there were extremely high  levels of electromagnetic fields coming from equipment in the basement and first floor.  This could possibly cause hypersensitive people to feel sick to their stomach, like they are being watched and even hallucinate. Even though the levels were high on the first 2 floors, the second floor meeting room was very low on the EMF scale. Some investigators had many personal experiences and we feel that there is some type of activity here even though we did not obtain any hard evidence. All investigators found it an exciting evening and feel that Darby VFW Post 598 warrants a second investigation.

Private Home, Sea Isle, NJ: We were called into the home by the family, due to hearing footsteps walking thru out the entire first floor. We spent the night & unfortunately we were only able to garner personal experiences, but no actual evidence.
Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.: On May 29th 2009, FSPI was permitted access into Historic Laurel Hill Cemetery. Even though we had rain & thunder showers all day, the weather greatly improved when it was time for us to begin our investigation. While we did not get any hard evidence, some of our investigators did have personal experiences. We look forward to going back into the cemetery.

Upsala , Philadelphia, PA: We would first like to say thank you to everyone associated with Upsala for allowing us the opportunity to investigate this historic building.   Since this building will be used as office space FSPI would be curious as to whether anyone working there have any occurrences that they can pass along to us.  With more daily human activity at the house there may be an increase in paranormal activity.  If possible we would welcome the opportunity to do another investigation.

For more info on any of these cases, please email us.
Historic Inn, Philadelphia, PA: Unfortunately, the evening we spent a the Inn was very quiet. We had no personal experiences nor did we gather any hard evidence. We would like to thank the owners for allowing us to visit such a historic location.
Ludwig’s Inn & Oyster Bar, Glenmoore, PA: Wow, what an exciting evening. Every member of our team had personal experiences from visions of a little girl, to investigators actually being touched. We had some very powerful feelings and already set up a return visit to see if we could get to the bottom of some of the strange experiences we had. We already went back to try and debunk shadows that were seen and were unable to duplicate them. The staff was very helpful and appreciative.  We are already set for our return visit in Feb. What a great location, great food, great people and great history. Listen to the EVP. What do you hear?
Darby Library, Darby PA:  Our night at the Darby Library was a quiet one.  There were two anomalous temperature variations that registered with digital infrared thermometers, but we did not have any positive pictures, EVPS, or electromagnetic field variations.  There were personal experiences noted, but with the data currently available at this time, we can not determine whether or not the Darby Library is haunted.  There could be possible paranormal activity, but members of the group would prefer to revisit the location in order to collect more data.
Private Home, Germantown, PA: Evidence Under review. Coming Soon

Private Home, Norristown, PA: We were called in to investigate reports of noises coming from the basement & sightings throughout  the house. While in the basement we experienced a 19 degree temperature drop, a doll house with no electricity lighting up & a piano playing 3 cords. We also had numerous personal experiences. Unfortunately, we were not able to obtain any hard evidence to present here.
Finley House, Radnor, PA: We would like to thank the Radnor Historical Society for all their hospitality. Unfortunately, the house was very quiet when we were there. We were unable to obtain any hard evidence. Hopefully, we will be welcomed back to try again.
Private Home, Broomall, PA: We conducted an investigation in the home due to the fact that the entire family has heard noises, felt a train go thru the house or seen apparitions. We spent the night but aside from a ton of personal experiences we were only able to obtain 1 class C EVP.
Ship Inn, Exton PA: This was our second investigation at the Ship Inn. It was a very different evening. We had only a few personal experience and 1 instance of a motion sensor light going on when no one was in the vicinity, but nothing substantial. No positive or hard evidence was obtained. We were unable to investigate the carriage house this time and we did obtain EVPs there last time so we hope to go back again an focus on the carriage house. Thanks to all the staff at the Ship Inn for being so welcoming.
Private Home, Gap,  PA:  It was exciting to be able to investigate this private home, knowing the area has a rich history dating to the underground railroad and beyond.  Although our findings were limited to temperature fluctuations, all of the team members had personal experiences, and would like to return for further investigation.
Private Home-2, Gap,  PA:  Evidence Under review. Coming Soon
Private Home,  East Falls, PA:   It was truly an unusual evening for the group.  We were interested in anomalous EMF spikes that coincided with EVP questioning.  There were some elevated levels of EMFs in the home due to wiring, but our unusual responses occurred in areas of low baseline readings.  We would like to trace some of the homes history to see if it ties in and verifies some of the EVP questions that elicited a response.
